Matt and his three colleagues were very pleasant and considerate company in our home for this two-week remodel. We had a seven-year-old bathroom shower remodel by another local contractor and that had devolved into a leaky, falling-down mess. M&K demolished the old structure and replaced it with expert workmanship, and our shower is much more attractive and unquestionably more durable. They encountered delays associated with months and years of structural leakage and the need for those to evaporate before proceeding. But notwithstanding the surprises, Matt's original bid and final invoice were the same number. M&K is our 5-Star go-to place for our remodeling and repair needs from now on. Matt was a pleasure to deal with during this whole episode.

Very patient with scope changes and flexible. Consciousness about cleanup during the project. Willing to do extra such as pickup appliances and lighting for the customer. Always available to answer questions and make suggestions. Quality of work is excellent.

Matt knows his business, clear explanation of what's needed, no surprises on the billing, and a very pleasant man who employs pleasant people. Pleased to have had Matt and associates in our home.
